According to a search of Tacoma phone books, Tahoma Rambler briefly carried the Jeep line, in 1966 and 1967 only.  The 1968 listing showed the same address as Andy Egan Rambler and Jeeps were no longer offered:

During a downpour in May 2004, here's the same view as seen in the ad above.  The building front still has a similar layout, although the windows appear shorter and the doors have been relocated.  Quality Rental, a rent-to-own furniture business, occupies most of the building.  The far end of the building houses Quality Custom Embroidery:
