Note the brochure does not have a city listed.  Placing this address in Cleveland is tentative, based on a circa 1947 reference at The CJ3B Page which listed only the city.  There may have been an Ohio Willys Co. on Carnegie Avenue in some other Ohio city, although Cleveland is the most likely prospect.
