When I was in high school, in order to feed my habit ('61 Willys), I worked at one of the original Jeep dealers in a town called Huntington, NY.  The dealer was named Carson & Scudder Jeep, later to become Carson & Scudder AMC Jeep.  They were located on New York Avenue, Huntington, NY 11743.  Around the mid 70's, they were sold, changed their name to AMC Jeep of Huntington, and moved to Jericho Turnpike.  I left NY in the early 80's and believe that this is the same dealer you have on your website listed as Jeep of Huntington. </div> <bR> <div> FYI, the Scudder Brothers funneled all of their profits into expensive ocean racing sail boats - they fancied themselves as the Dennis Connors of local racing with the exception of the fact that they rarely won any races.
